Fish Mart reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion, including cases where a product is out of stock, where there is an error in pricing or product description, or where we suspect fraudulent activity.

Prices displayed on Fish Mart are in the applicable local currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order. Fish Mart accepts a range of payment methods as displayed at checkout. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the information provided is accurate. All transactions are processed securely, and Fish Mart does not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Due to the perishable nature of our products — including fresh fish such as King Fish, Tuna Fish, Red Snapper Fish, and Sole Fish — cancellations and refunds are subject to our refund policy. Please review our refund and return policy before placing an order. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the Fish Mart website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Fish Mart or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Fish Mart name, logo, and brand identity — including our brand colours — are trademarks of Fish Mart and may not be used without our express written permission.
